This brings back slideshowshuffler and export-to-folder thanks to a PR (linuxmint/xviewer-plugins#17) rewrite to C made by @ItsZariep. The consolepython plugin remains disabled. If his PR gets merged, the first patch will be removed in a next release. Otherwise, it will remain as a patch for now. linuxmint/xviewer-plugins#17

Migrate these plugins to C to avoid potential future issues related to the Python 3 GLib plugin loader.
slideshowshuffleis a direct 1:1 port.export-to-folderincludes a minor behavioral change aimed at code simplification and an improved user experience: all configuration stuff have been removed (as the plugin only had single item in their settings dialog), and the user is now prompted to select a destination folder each time an export is performed.
