Adds dusan-maintains/oss-maintenance-log to three relevant collections:
What it does: Polls GitHub API + npm every 6 hours, tracks PR SLA and repo health metrics across abandoned-but-critical packages, commits machine-readable JSON + Markdown snapshots automatically. Zero manual updates.
Currently tracking packages with 1.7M npm downloads/week combined (rrule, python-shell, jquery-modal, etc.).
