Updates the reusable “Deploy” GitHub Actions workflow to support an alternative “argo-apps mode” for writing image tags into a centralized values file, and relaxes input requirements to accommodate that mode.
Changes:
- Adds
ARGO_APPS_VALUES_PATHinput and a new step to update tags in<ENVIRONMENT>-apps.values.yaml. - Makes
HELM_CHART_PATHoptional and gates existing per-app update steps to only run when not in argo-apps mode. - Minor whitespace/formatting cleanups in the workflow.
