## Summary Added the dependency compliance documentation section to the main documentation index (`index.rst`) to improve navigation and accessibility. ## Changes - Included `compliance/dependency_compliance` in the toctree - Ensured proper structure and alignment with existing documentation hierarchy ## Why this is needed This makes the dependency compliance documentation easily discoverable from the main index and improves the overall documentation usability. ## Type of change - [x] Documentation update ## Checklist - [x] Changes are minimal and focused - [x] Follows existing documentation structure - [x] Signed-off-by included (DCO)
