Description

A breadcrumb navigation component that displays a hierarchical path to the current page. Shows a home icon as the first item, followed by up to 6 levels of navigation links separated by a configurable separator (slash, chevron, or arrow). The last item represents the current page and is rendered as non-interactive text. On mobile viewports, middle items collapse into an ellipsis menu, showing only the first and last two items to save space. Each breadcrumb level has configurable label text and URL link properties.

What's Included

• React component with scoped CSS (no Tailwind, no shadcn)
• Colors via CSS site variables: var(--background-primary, #ffffff), etc.
• Typography via inheritance: font-family: inherit; color: inherit;
• Full prop surface (Breadcrumbs.webflow.tsx) — 20+ props for developers/agencies
• Simple prop surface (BreadcrumbsSimple.webflow.tsx) — core text/link props for clients
• All CSS classes prefixed with wf-breadcrumbs- for Shadow DOM safety

Testing

• npm install && npm run dev runs locally
• npx webflow library share imports successfully
• Full and simple prop surfaces render in Webflow canvas
• Site variables wire up correctly
