Remove Twitter link from Footer

The Footer displayed a Twitter/X icon linking to @mobilitydataio, which should no longer be present.

Changes

• src/app/components/Footer.tsx — Removed TwitterIcon import and the Twitter IconButton from the social links row
• src/app/constants/Navigation.ts — Removed twitter entry from MOBILITY_DATA_LINKS
