[Feature]: support for mapping a LP:# to launchpad.net/bugs/#

Feature description

Hi, Ubuntu developer here, and I miss the ability to open buglinks that are shown on the terminal as "LP:#nnnn" or such.

so for instance if I'm looking at a changelog entry like

gdm3 (46.2-1ubuntu1~24.04.7) noble; urgency=medium

  * Fix incorrect setting preferred display server (LP: #2143015)

I would be able to open the buglink directly by hovering the mouse cursor, right-click, "open LP bug". And with some variations like "lpNNNN", "LP:NNNNN" etc, with and without the whitespace :)
