Blockquote Block - deleted icon reappears after page refresh

Describe the bug
When using the Blockquote block, removing the icon does not save after saving. The icon appears to be deleted in the editor, but upon refreshing the page or reloading the editor, the icon reappears.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a Blockquote block to a page
2. Unlock Icon block then delete
3. Save page then refresh
4. See error (icon appears)

Expected behavior
The icon remains deleted after saving and reloading the page.
