TS Implementation. Strict mode does not fail on accessing resource with capital letter

Example:

resolveTemplate({"resourceType": "Resource", "key": "1"}, "UndefinedResource", {}, null, null, true)

Expected: throw an exception

Actual: returns null

Unfortunately, it's impossible to fix using Proxy objects because fhirpath.js always checks resourceType property on the resource even if it's not used.
And in case the resource type is not the same as in the expression, it always returns null as the result.

Partially solved for the same resource type

resolveTemplate({"resourceType": "Resource", "key": "1"}, "Resource", {}, null, null, true)

but it still does not work if there's a mistake in the resource type
