Copy paste from MS Word is broken #2548

What’s broken?
Since december our users on Windows who try to copy paste content from Word to Docs have a bad experience. Many line breaks are introduced in the process causing users to abandon docs.
What did you expect to happen?
Copy pasting from Word shouldn't be perfect but shouldn't be that bad. It shouldn't create line breaks.
Steps to reproduce
Here is a screencapture of what happens
In this screenshot you can clearly see the line breaks introduced by the copy paste from word to blocknote

To be noted:
- On Ubuntu, I have the same issue if I copy paste the document content when opening this document in libre office writer
- Opening this document in OpenOffice in fichiers.numerique.gouv.fr I don't get the issue however.
