Add `Multisell` shortcut for commodities under SteamDB Quicksell Panel

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Commodities such as TF2 Keys, Crates, Steam Cards, etc,.. can be sold in bulk using steam multi sell page.
However, this page is hard to find in the UI.

Would be great if in SteamDB Quicksell Panel a `Bulk sale' button o similar appears after determining if current item is a commodity or not. Something like this mockup:

For now, I am crafting the URLs by hand as per my own needs.
