SteamDB Quicksell Panel renders on top of item information in the first load

Describe the bug

Affected URL (sample): https://steamcommunity.com/id/nolddor/inventory/#3169620
It fails in the same way with other inventories, i.e. TF2 or CS2

On first load SteamDB quicksell panel is wrongly positioned on top of Steam panel

Workaround

Once you click any item, SteamDB quicksell panel renders at the bottom of the Steam panel as it should be.
