Remove SWORD protocol upload option

SWORD protocol may become unsupported by Dataverse IQSS/dataverse#11834

Additionally, the SWORD library that is used in this project is very out of date and seems inactive. As part of modernising the rspace-dataverse-adapter (and the projects that use it), the full stack is being upgraded to Spring 6 which forces the java jakarta namespace update, which is incompatible with the old SWORD library, therefore it needs removed.

Code already exists the use the "native" upload for dataverse as an alternative to SWORD.

Dataverse's non-SWORD APIs have much more functionality than when this client library was started. And we (the Dataverse team) rarely touch the SWORD code. It's in maintenance mode.
